Linda - like I said You're going to see demons until the end. Fortune RE-ran an article that appeared in some rag in Dec. If you read it carefully, it introduced nothing that wasn't already known. It presented Zonagen's stock price run up to $45 in the context of the general hype that developed around ED. Admittedly, Zonagen was very fortunate to be in the right place at the right time. Go and check the frequency & timing of their press releases. They were issued only when there was something newsworthy to report - i.e. an offering and/or the conclusion of a clinical trial. The trials were initiated months/years before with no clue as to the frenzy that would exist when they were completed. So the stock "got ahead of itself> It corrected to the mid 30's on it's own & then the Asensio assault began. <<<If it's slanderous, where's the law suit?>>> I don't know what, if anything, the company plans to do about the numerous entities that have slandered it. I've asked and received no answer - they're not talking. You & I know very well that it's an huge waste of time & resources to sue over something like that. The best way to deal with lies like this is to make MEASUREABLE progress - which renders the slanderers "impotent" - kind of like the patent situation - and the NDA filing will be. <<<Fortune magazine ran a COMPELLING article that made it clear that Zonagen is not an honest company.>>> IF you believe that then I'm wasting my time. If you can't see that the company is effectively emerging from the lies heaped on it by Asensio & pals then I only hope that you are not short - you will get crushed, again.
