KAA,
Glad to catch up on this thread and find out you will give CVIA/WOTD a chance. Those further upset by this have to put their emotions on check for a while and THINK.

If CVIA and WOTD want a NASDAQ listing, their decision was a disaster because it backfired... It backfired because of shareholder REACTION.
Once again the logic behind the split: post split value of $6 per share. If selling happened, a worst case scenario of $4 (NASDAQ requirement). The value now of $2.70 just doesn't cut it. It ruins their plans. The severe reaction really had to be a surprise.

The other thing to keep in mind is the potential of the reduced number of shares. When there is sufficient interest/support in a stock with a small float, the potential for a swift increase in stock valuation is great.

Now the question of the hour: What can CVIA/WOTD do to reverse the damage that the reverse split announcement has had?
