Frank: The Briefing.com piece this morning which you posted ( as opposed to their first reaction yesterday evening before the CC) is not a fair reflection of the information put out by BAY or of the CC. I am now a strong critic of BAY's presentation of facts, but Briefing.com's piece is impressionistic and innacurate. It presents too negative a picture. I can only refer you to BAY's press release, my two reports of the CC and Paul Fine's report of the CC, as well as Mang Cheng's. Victor
