its 1 for 1, but it is when the bid holds $9 for 20 consecutive days. @ $4.50 plus warrant you get one share @ whatever the ask is at the tome of conversion. folks are getting mixed up with the $9 ( 2 times $4.50) get it? Joe PTG&LI !!!
