Good morning Dwight,

Yes, the market is scary right now. Evidently, the bearish tone for most investors(other than those nerves of steel internet buyers) is causing some self-correction of some kind.

I've been very cautious about new buys myself. The enter on a split announcement has worked really well recently though for G & DELL.
Read yesterday that FLA's thin float could be a problem, but won't the 4 for 1 split rectify that situation to some extent??

Have learned since last Oct. just how important diversification is to a portfolio. Was into tech stocks almost to the exclusion of other sectors. After much angst and holdings reconfiguration in recent months, am very pleased with the new additions: pfe, slb, cdt, and a couple small internets(couldn't resist;-): itvu & ntbk. The last should do well now that commerce is starting to rocket ahead in cyberspace.

As far as ASND/CSCO, the scars have finally healed since asnd's 'tower of terror' ride downward. Got in it thru CSCC shares. It's been a real learning experience as far as how important it is to hang in there if the story is good.

Just heard a very positive report from an analyst on CNBC re ASND's future. Hope he's right.

Best of luck to you.

Ann
