Harold, DTN is sending me a new box "overnight" at least the tech I talked to is sure supervisor will approve overnighting it. Since this problem popped up I have paid more attention to the booklet that came with the system. It might not be a bad idea to check the menu available on the receiver box, I hadn't, for errors, Ch1 Rcv Errors, F3 clears the errors & you shouldn't have more than 25 in 24 hrs. I had about 1/2 million overnight. The book says to check these statistics periodically. You can get the signal off from a storm or just changes in temp. They say check in the spring & fall. Fine-tuning might be needed. Of course fine-tuning didn't help us, ;-) I'm betting you know all the above but a new subscriber may not. At any rate, I want to make it clear I still like the service.
