Hi Fielding, The use of Ninitol compound was spurred more by its extremely super elastic capabilities. The results are favorable at different temperatures. Now this translates in to a more physician friendly product and its ease of use with the Stent and Catheter line of products. I believe that Ninitol is superior to steel and only time will tell.
