You are referring to what I call 'field service' but I am talking about on-board consultants who are there to design and implement more and more complicated applications and solutions to a provide a large manufacturer a significant edge both in efficiency of operations as well as planning. This consultancy/engineering expertise also includes field service but that's only a small part of the overall benefit. Also JMHO. Best, Lee
