AOL has been interesting for last week or so. I have been curious as to how the market would respond. My positions presently are with Netcom, although I am interested in AOL and have been watching it for quite some time. Is it up for sale? I don't know, prob. if it got the right offer. Will it be AT&T or Sprint or baby bell, hmmm.. interesting... same can be said of Netcom, which seems to be up for acquistion, but never can be sure. Lots of talk about NETC,AOL and PSIX, who will go first, just wait and see, I guess.

As far as flat fee, AOL had to do it,I guess, but earnings estimates seem a little overconfident. Yeah subscriber growth should skyrocket, less attrition, true, but feeling is they're gonna lose money for most of 97. Just an opinion, love to hear what everyone else has to say,

Have a great weekend,

Curtis
