JD,
Well, I don't know who you're talking to, but your comments about the internal morale do not accurately reflect the mood within my building in Billerica.
We are disappointed by the quarterly results, of course, if we weren't wouldn't that be even more scarry and pathetic?? It wouldn't surprise me if the latest results shook some loose apples from the tree, but I don't think you'll see a herd leaving. For those people that do leave, it's probably in both their own and the company's best interest. If there are people that don't believe in the direction of the company, they should leave. By staying they are hurting themselves, their peers and the company.
House has been very clear on this point in his past communications to the employees. He told us outright, if you're going to go, then go. If you're on the fence, choose one way or the other, but get off the fence.
Just one engineer's perspective,
