DAVX, reported earnings were good; balance sheet great; Oppenheimer and another brokerage downgraded from strong buy to buy based(apparently) on concerns over dilution with recent company acquisition. My take is that the stock is being way oversold; I took a position at 23 with a tight stop just below entry
