Adrian: The SEC apparently is getting serious about newsletter writers. Jerry Wenger now threatened with 10 years in the slammer for
his infomercials on the radio. His sin: Taking a position in the stock before-hand. So what else is new? Did investors really believe that Jerry wasn't doing that? Pretty naive. Compared to the abuses by market makers, my opinion is that the pump and dump PR is the lesser evil. Why aren't they cracking down on those short-seller abuses? Just my opinion.
