As part of its long term growth strategy, Oriole Systems Inc. continues to search out suitable acquisitions of information technology and professional service companies to complement its current capabilities in this fast growing sector. The company recognizes that communication with current shareholders, investors who have requested ongoing information and the introduction to new investors and new sources of investment capital are essential during this phase of its development.
Following a search for an experienced management consultant with public company experience, Oriole has retained the services of Robert A. Young B.A., based in Vancouver B.C., for a consultancy fee of $3,000.00/month for a six month renewable term. Robert's business career includes twelve years as CEO and President of RAYA Distributors Inc. and the past sixteen years as a consultant to numerous corporate finance and corporate development projects for TSE, ASE and VSE listed companies. Mr. Young's mandate with Oriole, will be to work closely with the company in attracting and sustaining the long term interest of the investment community and the investing public in Oriole Systems Inc.
