I ask your question on TSO because it is a good question and here is the response I got Message 4099495 btw I also asked how they calculated the value at expiration on SPX because I dont know that either.... he thought it was opening prices but he didnt know for sure... it is something like that..and I remember seeing what they use if something doesnt open up by a certain time...but dont have a clue where I saw that...maybe on the CME site...
