Andrew, Here is the address for Edgar sec.gov click on "access the Edgar data base" and do a search, by putting in the words "sparta and surgical" (no quotes), you will come up with their latest 10Q. It is quite informative. The part that bothers me the most is that sales are down from last quarter (already excluding the wound division). Doesn't sound very promising. IMO
