Frank, Picked up 5000 shares at 2 7/32. Am now waiting patiently to see how low they want to take this. Will add more when and if the opportunity presents itself.

Off Topic: I gathered from Zeev's post that he was a bit apprehensive regarding your purchase of IMPX. If you can, message me privately with any additional info you have on IMPX that you didn't put on the S3 thread. Thanks.
