I don't think so; my impression is that even Intel thinks that the 2nd quarter will be the "bottom", that is, worse than the 1st quarter. So the bad news won't all be out until at least July (2nd quarter earnings report). And there is always the possiblity of DOJ action, although my gut is that: A. Intel hasn't done much wrong to begin with B. They are preoccupied with Microsoft I still think that the bottom will be in the 60's (although probably not all the way down TO 60)
