You are correct that the permitting is for 200T/day but this is for a yearly average. There have been improvements being made since around February. The last improvement to go in which should be complete by May is larger fan to increase the air flow in the plant, but this is not an impact on the production capacity, which in fact is currently 300 T/day. There are other improvements planned such as a scrubber instead of filter for the air going into the combuster
but again this is not a capacity issue. Permitting increase to 300 T/day will be done at the same time as the 400 T/day plant permitting. Again, if you do the arithmetic correctly is a total of 700T/day not the 500 you stated. The work having been done earlier was in fact removing the bottle necks which showed up when the plants were run at higher that 200T/day. The information was verified by speaking to Ed Kroeker.
One other point, it would not be reasonable to expect any plant to operate continuously at 100% capacity. .
