Can someone explain to me why we, i.e. Naxos, can't get the same wide
coverage as the following discovery? There is not much material difference
in the results.

Gold Discovery In Greece

TORONTO, April 17 /CNW-PRN/ - Inmet Mining Corporation, which holds
an effective 22.2% ownership interest in Thracean Gold Mining S.A.
(Thracean) is pleased to report on results from a new gold discovery
at the Perama Hill prospect in northern Greece, fifteen kilometres
north-west of Alexandropoulis.

The discovery is located on licenses wholly owned by Thracean.

A total of 5,265 metres of drilling has been completed in 54 core and
RC drillholes on a widely spaced grid, defining a zone of continuous
gold mineralization over an area of 700 m by 100 m - 300 m. Holes
drilled in the centre of the zone have been mineralized over essentially
their entire length, with the deepest hole drilled to 262 metres.

Oxide mineralization extends to depths of 70 m - 80 m, diminishing
towards the lateral limits. Oxide intercepts average 37.6 m at
4.0 g/t, and include, from surface, 48 m at 11.2 g/t, 31 m at
11.6 g/t, and 38 m at 7.5 g/t. Infill drilling continues on a
50 m x 50 m grid to establish a resource estimate by mid-year.
Metallurgical testwork on the oxide mineralization indicates
recoveries of more than 90 percent by conventional methods.
Preliminary environmental and engineering studies are proceeding.

Grass roots exploration by Thracean of neighbouring targets, including
Perama Hill South, Perama South and Dasaki, has provided further
encouragement.

Thracean Gold Mining S.A. is a Greek mining company which is effectively
owned 33.3% by Silver and Barytes of Greece, 26.7% by Normandy Mining
Limited of Australia, 22.2% by Inmet Mining Corporation of Canada and
17.8% by BRGM of France. Normandy Mining Limited and BRGM hold their
interests through LaSource SAS, which also acts as manager for the
project.

Assay results have been validated by a quality control program implemented
by the project manager. Inmet has also independently confirmed the
results with its own sampling and assaying program.

Do you notice no reference to COC, just validated by a quality control
program by the project manager.
