>>>my big question is - what were they going to produce? the old units? or the new units? i can't keep up with this company.<<< i would think that any major installation encountered by the VAR would have to be highly "custom in nature". you know dedicated design to produce the best solution....this is new frontier stuff so highly probable to modify equipment to address unexpected events (like the interference over POTS) the federal goverment does not have a bandwith problem...they own many satellites and have far avanced capbbilities in utilizing new technology. any work Sexi does here will be highly dedicated. as far as any ordered units or agreements that Sexi may have had, well they would all have to be on hold for now, i'm assuming that the SEC has frozen all assets.... jd2
