On Topic I have already stated this, do not get caught short on this stock. I think this is pertinent advice for several reasons. As I pointed out earlier, the remarks by people who have "offical opinions" just don't coincide with the facts. The interest is real and the courts have ruled that this is so. The huge short stake was caused by Asensio's attack. You might want to go look at his record on "gold stocks", if you can find it. His down promotion was very visible for long time posters and readers on this thread. If you are sitting short this stock, then I offer you my regrets in advance for whatever may happen, it could be very expensive. The fact that the case was "admitted" is very clear. If you are reading "offical opinions" you might want to review "offical facts".
