Also, (while I'm on a roll) Atrix/Firamada business plan is being developed now for agreement by April 30th. That is a Huge difference. They are working on a proposed plan to accomplish the merger/acquisition now. That is more than just agreeing to talk. Even if the business plan is close they can work out the bugs in a short time - as long as the differences aren't significant.. Kevin
