these, but I am curious how come Koza fired all senior
management personnel except you in your company.

Let's keep in mind this is EXAR thread and not waste other
people's time, discussing things basically irrelevant to EXAR.
This time I give you my info and estimates about ATML's
fundamentals and estimates here along with EXAR. ATML is ranked
20 overall and number 1 among semi companies with cap more than
$1 billion. Good luck.
