re: I believe that this is the area where IBM is growing it's business significantly. I also think that as we increasingly network resources and link to master scheduling/planning Level 3 type computers that these services will be increasingly required. This CPQ/DEC combination shows that CPQ is forward looking Lee, This is one of the reasons I am short DELL. Thanks for reiterating the point. Jim
