Hi Kenneth: The criteria that Blake states is generally the same for a whole lot of institutional money. This is what the street wants and is looking for. The new manager must convince the street with results before new institutional money will be invested. Also, much of the new institutional money will be very, VERY, conservative towards commiting $'s to Novell. Remember they already got burned once.

In order to turn the street's opinion, the new management has to sell Wall Street on their business plan and back it up with good consecuitive earnings report. In theory it is very simple. Having a management that can deliver is a bit more difficult. That's why we have to hire a manger with a proven track record. What about Eastman Kodak's CEO?
