I'm not questioning whether CUBE is a good long term stock, just noting that it is not happening today, on the heels of the earnings announcement.
It is interesting to note, however, that I thought it was a good long term stock a year ago, and when I was researching the stock, I found SI. My SI membership, however, has been more profitable than CUBE in the last year, as my position in CUBE is still very much underwater (I'm one of those investors that got burned in the high 20's, glad I missed the 70's, thank you). CUBE has always had lots of promise, that's why it hit 70 in the first place, but earnings have been slow to come because the markets have developed more slowly than expected, and the stock price has suffered as a result. Just call me tired of waiting. |
