Nick, you say that the franchisees have to kiss up to Silverman because of the power he wields. That sounds like the kind of power MSFT wields over those who want to make programs to run on their systems, etc. The power is good, as long as you are on the right side. As a CD shareholder, I'd say I'm on the right side of the power (band monopoly). VALUESPEC
