Mark, The Watch for Nasdaq does not begin Until Nasdaq listing is applied for. Above four prior to listing helps in the application process and will give a lot of strength to the application, but in and of itself, it is of a limited to meaning, until the process begins. One thing I couldn't find on the Nasdaq site regarding listing requirements, is whether a company has to be a fully reporting company in order to obtain Nasdaq listing. If so, it would put an additional step to the process. I know that DGIV has announced intentions to be fully reporting and are taking the necessary steps to achieve reporting and listing, but realistically, it is a 2-3 month acceptance process for just Nasdaq listing, and I am not sure how long the SEC takes to review Form 10's, so that opens the possibility of up to another month's delay, with the creation and shipping of Docs, which is no small task for either job.
The other possibility is AMEX, but I have no idea if DGIV has any plans to pursue that exchange. IMO exchange listing will not be a factor in the share price for a few months and by then I'm sure there will be more influential factors, already in play. |
