May be we are approaching this merger wrong ! Let's go for a hostile take over. If Ira has 5 % of the shares , and if he can sway some friendly ATXI share holders to his corner, then,by George, let's kick some butt and take no prisoners. We all know that ATXI management is against the merger since they'll be out on the street, so I expect a lot of smoke & mirror tactics, false PR's , etc.
