Dave, how many IP-TELCO's have recieved RUSSIAN, certification and>>have signed contracts with Russian National Telco's? This is not small news. and I'll wager Dollar to doughnuts "new Blood" is on the other side of the screen. Read Sam's, note today and what was posted yesterday. More than that there are some folks looking real hard @ DGIV, now and when they move it will be too late. There is more to this than meets the eye, Look at the Forest, not just the trees. Byron
