Dear DR. DODE, Thank you for your post re the 10-K for ISCV.After reading this + news releases + post 81 by DavidCG, I just sold my position at a small loss.My opinion at this point is that this is a likely scam and I don't want to be a part of someone getting hurt.I have put a call into GNNX to confirm my concerns but my thoughts are: 1-Robert Meyer couldn't make ICSV work but yet he shows up here ( as pres of " The Meyer Group Limited, a substantial California company"-- refer release april 16 ) and signs a 1 year contract for $ 60 million. Looking at the 10-k of ICSV, he lost all the cash from this source and it would be important for GNNX to document the "advanced deposit" and the "substance" of the Meyer Group. 2-In DavidCG's post 81 there are three troubling issues: a) How is it possible for the ceo of ICSV to not know of a release of a 60 mil contract for a co. he is buying ? b) His comment that 60 mil sounds reasonable in light of the size of ICSV contracts (gross sales of the co. were $ 199.000 in all of 1996) c) The various references to more good news or further understandings in the future. To me this adds up to a possible scam so be cautious and do your own dd. Ask tough questions and if you don't get reasonable answers-take a walk.
