I wouldn't get all worked up about the old products not being sold. I don't know if they have alot of products in inventory Mr. Copeland was just explaining a strategy for selling future products that are replaced in a fast moving high tech industry??? The South American and Pacific Rim expansions are primarily to open new markets for products. Its just a side benefit that some older model products will still have demand in these new markets!

As I discuss the other issues of reverse splits and additional shares being issued with others I become more concerned. Maybe you could help me understand why a reverse split is worse than adding 50 mil share (2/3 increase)?

Your point about Mr. Copeland not buying more shares while the price was low (some times as low as .01 per share) is a good one.

I asked one of the employees at the meeting if he owned any shares and he said he owned 78,000 shares. He was in a white shirt with a tie but didn't seem to be a major employee (sales I think?).

By the way I received my voting sheets today from Schwab it says right on them under the Proposals heading:
1-Proposed to approve an amendment to the articles of incorp to provide 75,000,000 authorized shares of common stock.
2-Proposal to approve a reverse stock split in a ratio to be determined by the board of directors in an amount believed to be sufficient to cause the common stock to achieve and maintain a price sufficient for eligibility for NASDAQ listing.
