Mr. Valmer,

If you have read my posts on the stockholder meeting I would appreciate your input. I was impressed with you report on the company (SAAD) and felt that your post concerning the merger rumor was fair, informitive and right on the money. I would like to here your analysis of the additional 50 mil. shares and the reverse split.
