Right Bill, I've been saying from the beginning when Riedel dissed FAMH that Ira should consider other mergers. Now a good strategy would be to initiate and announce through prs new discussions w/ another candidate(s). ATXI stock continues to tank. Then, Ira has the option of applying leverage to bring ATXI to a merger to save them from delisting at more like 1:1; or he can go on and merge w/ another company. If we merge w/ another company, he can pick up ATXI for peanuts and the irony. Riedel and his co-screwups can then get the heave ho and sent to remedial classes for business administration. <eom>
