Hello Douglas, Sorry about not getting back to you sooner. Was in Reno playing craps and doubled my money :> Upon returning home, a special suprise wowed me. I've noticed that earnings are out and net income has risen since the same time last year. As for Bruce's conversation, he didn't point out that the deal with Hawthorne was completely finalized. However, he was optimistic that if the deal does go through PFCK would jump and get on the nasdaq shortly, in his words "..peacock will become a much better company..." The figures on the report didn't seem to be overinflated, so personally, i'm more confident about going long with Peacock. Good Luck!
