So Mark, I'm confused, if it is really a rule is it a "real" one, is it imposed by the individual firms or what?? Still sorta confused. I I was a fund manager and I loved Rare Medium and had already done my DD on RM, would I be able to purchase the stock asap after the announcement, or would I have to wait 3 days? Steve
