dennis - I appreciate the thinking and prowling that you are doing and am interested in what you hear back from GNNX.

Don Logan, when I questioned him on the ability of the Meyer Group to perform on their contract, told me the contract was heavily financially backed by a major financing institution (which company he did tell me the name of and requested that it not be plastered all over the internet, and it was a company name of which I am familiar).
He also said that the contract was bonded (see the specifics in my post #87).

I will be looking forward to your further postings on what reply you get from GNNX. I also have a call in to Jay Goldberg and will continue to dig. At this point, I feel sure that all questions DO have reasonable answers, it is just a matter of getting at them.

Personally, I think Prosperous Soul has come up with a biggie here, but please everyone do their own DD.
