Wow! Wished I would have read that before I bought the last five stocks I currently own! Actually, most are doing well but that report makes them seem like time bombs.

SCTI HISTORY

I got involved in SCTI stock before Christmas last year and bought 2000 shares at $.70+ on the hype of a warehouse worker who said they were going crazy trying to keep up with orders. One week later the stock was below $.20. There was a press release that the accounting firm, Toback & Co. resigned during the perperation of some SEC filing that was due. NASDQ delisted SCTI. I called Toback at the time and they would not comment. James Copeland would not return my calls. When the price dropped to $.01 I visited the headquarter facility in Scottsdale (30 min. drive) and met with some lower level employees, took a tour... I wasn't overly impressed but was encouraged that the company had good products and was under valued. I bought 10,000 at .05.
At the meeting yesterday I asked Mr. Copeland about the Toback resignation. He said that the implication was that they left because of something wrong doing or illegal action by the company. He said that this was not true. He could not say for sure why they resigned but said that it was his understanding that they had been reorganizing their work load - and that he (Mr. Copeland) thought that they dropped other accounts as well during that time?
I still would like a straight answer from Toback (anyone have a inside source?).

I must say that Mr. Copeland, in his double breasted suite and sicked back hair is not a guy I, personally, would want to pal around with but he did handle himself well and seemed professional.

I was impressed by two individuals - Mr. Chris Richards, VP sales and marketing (direct # 602 607-6338). Seems like a straight shooter. And Jim Bartlet (game nerd)young guy, who I am sure is not in the loop but would be worth talking to about the products (main # 602 368-9490). Do your DD!!

Just so Everyone knows I sold my entire positon prior to the meeting. I was not convinced that there was a merger in the works. I thought William Valmers post was accurate, regarding the merge being false information. The price seemed inflated.

I like the products and feel that a merger would be the best solution to the companys problems (if their products are the best on the market..). Mr. Copeland didn't rule it out for the future. I will sit on the side lines for a while.

Hope this is helpful
