Chris, I do not think it is dilution from what is stated. It is a stock option plan for upper management. Now it would be nice if they bought back stock to fulfil the options as exercised, but they can also issue stock, which is dilutive. Not sure from what is in the document that it is negative...besides I believe the option price was 27 7/8 which means much later date before anyone wants to exercise. DavidG
