Regarding your post on the reverse split not being necessary. 1) My impression was that Mr. Copeland wants to restart an employee stock option plan. Evedently they opted to give one up to help satisfy the preferred shareholder issue (informaton on this would be appreciate?). Maybe not a bad thing to keep employees motivated with a company that needs to make significant progress? 2) Raise funds for expansion and marketing efforts. The retail business is a tough business, competitive - cost alot of money to promote products sufficently to satisfy huge retailers like Toys R Us, Wallmart, Target... All of these names were mentioned by Mr. Copeland. Mr. Richards varified that they were working on inroads with these major retailers. He said that their promotional advertising material will mention Toys 'R' Us! Side note: Does anyone know why my computer is skipping letters every five or six chracters or so? I've had to edit all my post several times today. Never had this problem before? Its driving me crazy. I'll try rebooting. Alo is there a way to spell check on SI?
