I wrote the lawyers a note asking why those of us who got
screwed on our long puts and short stock were not included in the lawsuit.


I often have the same thought. Perhaps the lawyers think there aren't enough crumbs on the table to bother with it. Or perhaps they just haven't considered it. If you are serious about this, you might want to contact one of the other law firms. They can file a complaint representing the class of shorts or option holders and it can eventually be combined into a consolidated complaint. I'm sure Bill Lerach would love hearing from you! ;-)
