I would not consider MSFT overpriced until it catches up with LU's PE of 190 (or there abouts) or the internet stocks <g>. Even then, we are in the new mode of valuing stocks and PE should not be used!!!!<vbg>. It is a very big mistake to value a stock using the OLD measuring stick!!!! Monty
