Doug, I don't believe Creative makes the DVD drives. I think they get them from the Japanese and are a re-marketer. They also add the interface card I believe and package it as a kit. They are more of a partner with the Japanese than a competitor. They are not out to dominate the technology, just to be a significant player in an expanding market. They'll get their piece of the action without having the headache of holding large inventories, which is what bit them in the butt with CD-ROMs. Dennis
