Wow, what a week. Some :) and some :( . Mrs. Loren, I do realize that this was a risk, and you seemed to act like the lights are out now....I beg to differ, mam. IMO the fun is just getting started. Everybody is concerned because the price has dipped down so far all because of the words "reverse split". Now, I will admit that the 300-1 ratio is kind of rough, but I still have faith in the company. The price sank so low, imo, because of people getting scared and selling out, it was not the mm's this time, IMO. I had no idea what was going on all this week because I had no way of getting to a computer (old-fashioned relatives), but I had to take up the opportunity to buy some more shares at .01, so I did. After I figured out why it dipped so low, I slapped myself really hard, but then this idea came to my head:
People get excited over a 2-1 split, because it doubles their shares, but yet it lowers the price of the stock... People get scared over a 1-2 REVERSE split because it lowers their shares, but yet the stock price goes UP... I do not see a reason to get so worried about yet.. You still have the same amount of money invested no matter what..
Obviously, WOTD folks are ready to get on the NASDAQ, because the split will occur very soon. Which I think is very good, because that will create a QUALITY STOCK. If we have A QUALITY stock, we will get upgraded/initiated by a broker. Plus, we have a good chance of being bought into by a big mutual fund broker, which is good for the price.
All I have to say, is do not worry. Yes the ratio kind of scared me to death, but after you think about it, we will become a quality stock after all and get off of this manipulated, sewer-scented, OTC market. Remember Mr. Buffet's approach: "To buy QUALITAVILEY, not QUANTITATIVELY!"
Of course this is just my own personal opinions that I have drawn from what I have read so far. I have not had the time to read all of the posts that have been posted since I have been gone.. So please dont get mad at me if I missed something. Even if this stock was to go down like Mrs. Loren thinks, you can put on my grave: "HE WENT DOWN TRYING!"
