William: Obviously It is highly dilutive. There are now 30 mill shares. You will pay a lot for a co. with no eps. It is hard to conjecture as to what additional shares will do. As with all tech issues now, investors have fallen out of love with them. Sectoral rotation suggests these stocks will have a rest now. I am looking for a 3 to 5 month basing action with stock drifting to $13 before resuming the uptrend. I am anxious to see next qtrly results. Sorry to see that you are under water with your purchase, but be patient. Their biz. plan is too good. Vartan
