BB, I am NOT going into this market in puts UNTIL I get a signal from the ATR chart... as you see, the confirming chart, although itself gave a signal, was a fake-out. As far as the markets: - the cumulative binary wave chart is rather negative; - cumulative adaptive binary wave chart is also negative; - VIX is sending out sell signal after sell signal; - MACD daily is recovering and weekly is peaking. Again, it looks a lot like August with a little October thrown in for good measure. I am NOT willing to enter on put side without more evidence of bearishness... maybe Barron's will give that to me tomorrow. Bill
