sonki, it could be worthwhile to do hard calc incl tax effect to see how much benefit you can derive. cash can be good when market eventually correct - i probably sit on the highest % of cash than anyone posted on SI. :( btw, intc is dead money to me too, worse, i am not having profit in it. hawaii - nice place, but land still more expensive than calif. :) buy your land in florida, it appreciates.
