Hey Lisa, David seems to respect you, perhaps you could convince him to let us know if he is at least still breathing. This is and always has been my favorite thread on SI. The main reason is that someone usually has the call pretty damn close. It's the combined talents here that are fascinating and worth study. David's contributions are welcome here and I hope he comes back. Left to my own imagination about why he disappeared I offer the following. He is too embarassed, or in shock. He could have been planning to offer a subscription service after this last call and if correct he probably could have charged a hefty fee and lived the life of Riley, but suddenly had to run out and take a regular job to cover his losses.
