Urlman, OFF TOPIC GIFT is a gamble, pure and simple. If the judge rules against their patents this stock will see $.05 sooner than you can say "sell." If the judge rules in favor (of at least the admissibility of their case) the stock goes to double digits faster than you can say "buy."
