Ken, By definition, nothing!

Being successful does not really equate to being infalliable.
Just as Post Office can occassionally misdeliver, and B of A
can accept a bad check, so can a company like CSCO afford to
see its equipment sometimes fail and not begin worrying about
bread and butter. That's the hallmark of Gorillas.

As interesting to note was that although it was AT&T which
actually dropped the customer, you still zoomed on to CSCO for
the blame. (I am talking about the perception, because for all
that you and I know, CSCO may also have outsourced the equipment
maintenance to someone else...). Hey, no flames, its only a
point of view....

(Of course being a big owner of LU, AT&T may crow about CSCO
failure a little bit louder...)
